    Scott,
I am about to upgrade, but before I do I want to make a comment about your point program.
After completing a signing there is no way that the notary can be assured that the user who hired the notary will actually give a review of performance, which can actually hurt the notary in standings.

  2. Scott Says:

    Richard,

If the user does not leave a review, this does not hurt your standings, it’s just a null event. Just make sure to encourage the user (once you’ve completed the signing) to leave a review.
