I have only been contacted twice. I have responded by calling the phone numbers which you gave me with the text alerts. When I called it said "the call could not go through at this time, please try again later". I am perplexed on this, it has happened twice... How can I reach back to get the job?

Hello, Well it is not to often that I will get a direct call from a loan oficer. Maybe 2xs per month. I have never been contacted by the Broker themselves. I believe marketing to anybody in the industry would prove to be beneficial. Thanks for all your tutorial videos. Maureen Lazar

In four years, I think only about 5-6 times have I been contacted directly by the broker, and two out of them have been for reverse mortgage, two other for time-share, and maybe two more for purchase.

I get them pretty regularly. I actually like working with them because they tend to know more about the loan business than the signing companies. Many signing companies don't know anything about loans so it is difficult to talk to them about anything besides, "what time, where and when".
Also, when dealing with loan agents directly I tend to get paid directly from title at the time of closing so I get paid immediately instead of 30 plus days later.
They also usually pay better as well as they are not taking a cut from my earnings and they are not paying a signing agency either.

Not often. Mostly for RMs thru the same LOs. But, I am paid by the TC. I'm afraid I would be just a bit leery of dealing directly with an LO. There are many, many very good ones...and a few bad apples. Now, if they put me on the HUD--no problem.

I have never been contacted by the loan officer or broker. I think if you do any deals it should be for title, escrow and abstract companies. The notaries could rate these companies and do referrals and maybe you could give something for "frequent site visits" like frequent flyer miles.

I have been contacted by LO's and brokers a lot. They often times are tired of getting poor quality from their Title Companies and feel their chances are better if they do it.
