Running a survey here to see people’s favorite larger company to work with. I have a feeling I know who’s going to end up last in votes..but we’ll see.

    Love LSI - Nicest schedulers, timely doc delivery, fair and fast pay.

    There are actually a number of great Signing Services or company Notary directories that you should get listed with. To name a few: Lenders First Choice, BASUNOW, Nations Direct, MortgageDocs.com, Watermark Services and Trans Union. I have always received payment from these Companies and appreciate them. You do need to be capable of e-docs and highly recommend a laser printer.

    My favorite signing company is Terri Dyal Processing hands down.

    I have recently been called by a closing service. They are NSC or Nations Signature Closers. They actually pay what you and your expertise are worth. Great schedulers, happy to have been contacted by them, and am now in their database.
