		<description>I've done the same thing.  Branched out to inspections and reinstated my real estate license. I'm using the extra time to get training and have my first real estate buyer under contract.  Holding my breath that it closes.</description>

2007 was a very unstable year.  Good, paying companies became slow pays or no pays and others went out of business - including title, escrow and mortgage companies.   You definitely have to brand yourself and be flexible to stay in the game.</description>
